Before each trip, we ask our guests this question:-

'If we were to be having this conversation three days from now, what needs to happen in those three days for you to feel satisfied that this was a good investment of both your time and your money?'

The question is phrased in such a way so that we discern from the answer the expectations of each guest, since little can be achieved from a journey without meaning.
